Tri Nature

Tri-Nature is a family-owned business that specialises in Australian eco-friendly household cleaning products, and they’ve been doing it since 1989. When I came on board in 2019 I was tasked with reviving their stagnant social media, driving their Marketing via email campaigns and blogs, as well as overhauling their branding, which hadn’t been updated since the late 80’s!

Within only 6 months, I had almost doubled both their social media following and mailing list, whilst also working on a new logo, branding and packaging designs to bring the brand into the current decade.

Two packages of Tri Nature phosphate-free dishwashing powder with yellow flowers and green leaves on a white background.
Glass jars filled with various dry ingredients on a wooden shelf, two Tri Nature spray bottles labeled 'Sanazone Disinfectant' and 'Food Safe,' and a mason jar with a creamy smoothie topped with a straw.
Three bottles of plant-based cleaning products on a white wooden surface with green leaves. One bottle labeled 'Surface Disinfectant Lemon Myrtle,' another labeled 'Floor Cleaner,' and the third labeled 'Multi-Purpose Cleaner Eucalyptus.' There is a small scrub brush below the bottles.
A brown spray bottle labeled 'Tri Nature Sanazone plant-based odourless disinfectant food safe' positioned next to a white vase containing a bouquet of pink and beige dried flowers, with a wooden cutting board in the background.

Social Media

Back in 2019 and 2020, social media was all about the grid appeal. Working with both new and existing product imagery, I developed a weekly strategy that helped to almost double their online following in only a few months.

A dark amber bottle with a black pump dispenser labeled Tri Nature spray and wipe disinfectant, with a white and beige label featuring a black silhouette landscape, a kangaroo, and a logo with plant icon, alongside an informational leaflet about the disinfectant product.

Re-branding

After many months of iterations and testing, I developed new branding and packaging for Tri Nature, embodying the essence of Australia and the natural products Tri Nature is well known for.

Disinfectant concentrate bottles with labels displaying the brand Tri Nature, featuring a mountain and kangaroo silhouette, and instructions for use with a barcode for scanning.
Packaging of Tri Nature lemon Myrtle disinfectant concentrate with spray bottles and a detailed label displaying product information, branding, and imagery of kangaroos and a landscape.

Template designs

Taking inspiration from the new branding concepts, I developed new email templates to accompany the updated packaging. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving the company before the new branding was able to be implemented.
