Solutions Management Services

Solutions Management Services (or SMS) is the umbrella company for other brands, such as Evolution Security, ESS, Enable and more. During my time working with SMS we developed a multitude of different projects for each of these brands, including social media, print design, animation and rebranding.

A woman with a stressed expression touching her forehead while sitting at a desk in front of a computer displaying waste disposal policies, with a promotional banner for waste disposal compliance solutions that reads, 'Waste disposal Compliance got your head spinning? WE GOT YOU'.
A sign that reads "THINK GREEN" surrounded by green leaves, with a logo in the top left corner for Solutions Management Services, and a blue banner at the bottom that says "Need help with your sustainability goals?" with a handwritten style message pointing to the sign, "We got you."

A smiling man wearing glasses and an apron talking to a woman with braids inside a store or market, with shelves of jars behind them. The image promotes building an eco-responsible reputation with a call to action to find out how.

Social media

SMS’s online presence was lacking when I came on board. Working with the Marketing Manager, we developed a range of engaging new posts to focus on eco-friendly waste management.

Animation

In addition to social media, we planned to develop a range of fully animated informational videos to promote SMS’s waste services. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, we were not able to complete these projects. To the left is a quick animation test we created to pitch the idea, which was a huge hit!

Evolution Security

A promotional security services brochure featuring a security guard wearing sunglasses and a black uniform with 'SECURITY' written on the shirt, set against a modern, dark-themed background with blue accents. The brochure highlights services such as crowd control, bodyguards, risk assessment, static guards, loss prevention, and event security. It includes a photo of James Todd, Head of Security at Evolution, along with his professional information, and features sections with text about the company's mission and values.

Rebranding

Evolution Security had not had a branding refresh for a number of years, and it showed; particularly in the old logo. I was tasked with refreshing the brand and creating a brand new identity that elevated them into the modern age, and I had an absolute blast with it.

Using the new branding style I developed for Evolution Security, I also designed a promotional booklet to highlight their services and history in the security industry.

Branding and print designs

Enable is a new online staff training and management tool developed by SMS for one of their clients. It was my job to create the branding style, including a logo, graphics and vibrant colour palette.

Secondary to the brand development, it was also up to me to create Enable’s new website; a task I enjoyed a lot! I designed and tested 6 full website pages, which was a huge success.

Evolution Support Services

Print Designs

Evolution Support Services (ESS) is SMS’ most developed brand, working with charities and the NDIS to provide support for people living with a disability. Though I wasn’t able to rebrand ESS, it was my pleasure to work with their existing style and enhance some of their advertising with some highly engaging graphics.
