Parayma

Nora Wilhelm is committed to a more just and regenerative future, and that includes changeworkers too. Parayma is her way of deepening her contribution and supporting more changeworkers and aspiring systems change leaders to work through the challenges that are unique to the wide field of systems change work. Her work with Parayma aims to - literally - change the world for the better.

A turtle shell filled with various green plants, flowers, and small animals including a hummingbird, frogs, and butterflies, set against a bright yellow background.
A statue of a muscular man holding the Earth on his shoulders, surrounded by green leaves, with two hummingbirds flying nearby against a yellow background.
A house with a thatched roof and walls appears to be floating in midair. Roots extend downward from the house, and three butterflies are carrying it on strings.
A collage with a frog atop books and flowers, surrounded by mushrooms, a globe, a laptop, pottery, rocks, and fireflies, with a green background.

Collage Animations

Nora’s brand for Parayma focuses on a lot of collage and natural textures and elements. She reached out to me to help her bring some of her collages to life.

Systems Change Workshops

Bringing her work with systems change to her audience of changeworkers in the form of online workshops, Nora and I worked together to edit these workshops into shorter and more digestible versions for her participants to view later, at their own pace.

Later on, we will be turning these workshops into publically available versions, specifically edited for YouTube to be more visually engaging. We look forward to launching this project later in 2025.

Reels

In addition to the YouTube iterations of the workshops, Nora and I have been working together to pull pieces of content and turn them into reels for social media. Follow Nora @parayma.co on Instagram for more!
